I've used my iPad as an OPAC since I got it and it has been fabulous.
Mobile Inquiry not only means I move around the library with it but I use it
when at bookshops when I want to check if I have an item/author already in
the collection or not.

Subject: [OZTL_NET] Using ipads as OPACS
There is a suggestion here that when we get new OPAC computers, that they
would be ipads.
Has anyone used ipads in this way and are there problems with physical
security of computers, security of information, overuse of the ipads for
other than Library inquiry use, or any other issues?
